This instructor-led, live training session, delivered in Germany (either online or onsite), is tailored for business staff, managers, developers, and data analysts seeking to adapt, implement, integrate, and manage Microsoft Power Platform components and features within their respective organizations.

By the end of this training, participants will have the ability to:

• Create simple applications with Power Apps to build custom solutions for daily business requirements.
• Streamline workflow processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to decrease manual and repetitive efforts.

This course provides a foundational understanding of the key elements of Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate, and Power Apps, along with a high-level introduction to Power BI. The learning path is structured around a previously manual process, where participants will build a Power App to track construction tasks, storing data in SharePoint for simplicity. We will then apply Power Virtual Agents to demonstrate how users can enable bots within Microsoft Teams to locate documents scattered across different SharePoint sites, such as loan documents, budgets, and sales contracts. These bots are highly useful for HR and IT teams handling repetitive inquiries. Additionally, the course covers setting up simple Power Automate flows to save attachments from specific senders (e.g., bank inspection records), transfer data from Microsoft Forms to SharePoint, and create fully automated processes using the Approvals app in Microsoft Teams. Once the app, bot, and flow are complete, the final step involves creating a simple Power BI report and using Power Automate to send a bi-weekly snapshot of completed tasks to a specific recipient (the bank), including completion dates and budget amounts collected in the app. As this is a high-level overview, learners are encouraged to use ChatGPT for technical tasks like formula coding in Power Apps, a technique demonstrated in the course to leverage AI assistance effectively.

This live, instructor-led training in Germany assists beginner to intermediate users in mastering the Microsoft Power Platform. Learners will develop custom applications, automate workflows, and apply governance best practices utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate within a hands-on lab setting.

This instructor-led, live training in Germany (online or onsite) targets intermediate-level IT professionals aiming to utilize Power Platform for effective process automation and enhanced data visibility.

By the conclusion of this course, participants will be capable of:

• Creating and adapting applications with Power Apps.
• Controlling and evaluating data using DataVerse and Power BI.
• Automating intricate processes via Power Automate.
• Designing and implementing intelligent chatbots with Power Virtual Agents.
• Coordinating and optimizing workflows throughout the Power Platform collection.
