We will then apply Power Virtual Agents to demonstrate how users can enable bots within Microsoft Teams to locate documents scattered across different SharePoint sites, such as loan documents, budgets, and sales contracts. These bots are highly useful for HR and IT teams handling repetitive inquiries. Additionally, the course covers setting up simple Power Automate flows to save attachments from specific senders (e.g., bank inspection records), transfer data from Microsoft Forms to SharePoint, and create fully automated processes using the Approvals app in Microsoft Teams. Once the app, bot, and flow are complete, the final step involves creating a simple Power BI report and using Power Automate to send a bi-weekly snapshot of completed tasks to a specific recipient (the bank), including completion dates and budget amounts collected in the app. As this is a high-level overview, learners are encouraged to use ChatGPT for technical tasks like formula coding in Power Apps, a technique demonstrated in the course to leverage AI assistance effectively.
