Introduction
Stage 1: Self-Awareness
True understanding of others begins with a profound comprehension of one’s own behaviors and needs.
- Team members complete the PRISM BRAIN MAPPING survey.
- Individual sessions: One-on-one meetings with a certified PRISM trainer to interpret personal reports.
During these sessions, each participant will explore:
- Their core strengths, potential weaknesses, and challenges in action and collaboration
- The extent to which they are currently utilizing their full potential
- Specific actions that may generate stress
- The work environments that optimize their comfort and performance
- Requirements for effective cooperation and communication with others
Two dedicated meetings for leaders:
- A review of the personal report, focusing on leadership style, its inherent strengths, and potential challenges arising from this approach.
- A comparative analysis of the leader’s preference profile against the team’s aggregate results, providing insight into how the leadership style impacts the team.
Stage 2: Team Dynamics
Understanding others requires recognizing both the similarities and differences between oneself and teammates. Similarities foster empathy, while differences encourage diverse perspectives, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Workshop-style training on the characteristics of various behavioral preferences, their interdependencies, and their influence on communication and collaboration. This segment builds a foundational understanding of the roots of human behavior and attitudes, encouraging openness to diverse approaches.
- Discussion of individual preferences, strengths, motivators, needs, and collaborative friction points, highlighting both commonalities and significant differences within the team.
- Exploration of cooperation challenges and the development of practical solutions to address them.
- Analysis of the team profile based on PRISM data, including team strengths, potential weaknesses, and specific communication and cooperation needs.
- Identification of areas where the team wishes to improve efficiency, along with strategies to leverage collective strengths to achieve these goals.
Stage 3: Effective Client Communication
A robust understanding of personal strengths, needs, and challenges, combined with an appreciation for diverse team perspectives, lays the groundwork for superior client engagement. This allows for tailored communication strategies that address client needs effectively and deliver services and products that resolve their most critical issues.
During this phase, participants will:
- Examine challenges in client interactions and identify their root causes
- Learn to recognize distinct client behavioral preferences and adapt communication methods accordingly
