Er stellte sicher, dass alle Teilnehmer auf einer Wellenlänge waren, während er die verbleibende Zeit einhielt. Die Übungen waren zu guten Intervallen platziert. Communication mit den Teilnehmern war immer vorhanden. Der Materialbestand war perfekt, weder zu viel noch zu wenig.
